Led strategic marketing program designed to increase community census. Built relationships with external stakeholder organizations to create positive weekly and monthly activities for residents. Directed public relations to promote business goals and influence key opinion leaders in the community. Designed and implemented budget.
- Reversed poor opinion of facility within the community by establishing and executive rebranding plan. Conducted market research about organization, and resolved important roadblocks according to budget and community need. Reflected new branding strategy in signage. Developed virtual tour of facilities to communicate changes to outside professionals.
- New community opinion resulted in increased referrals and increased account levels within company. Built image of new wound care and transitional rehabilitation programs in public’s mind.
