TERMS OF SERVICE
The client agrees that Careerient, LLC, cannot be responsible for changing market conditions, job posting changes or a client’s own aggressiveness, attitude and willingness to implement their action plan. Ultimately a client’s success in the job market is solely his or her responsibility.
RESUME INFORMATION WORKSHEET
The client (“you” or “your”) agrees that if he/she is having a resume prepared by us that he/she will complete a Resume Information Worksheet within 10 days of the receipt of this signed agreement by Careerient, LLC. If the client fails to complete the Resume Information Worksheet by phone with a resume writer within 10 days, a non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the fees collected will be forefeited by the client, unless specific arrangements have been made with Careerient, LLC. The Client is solely responsible for the integrity and verifiability of the information provided in the Resume Information Worksheet and throughout the document preparation process. The Client hereby holds Careerient, LLC, blameless for errors and omissions provided in the Resume Information Worksheet and in the final product(s).
FEES FOR SERVICE
Fees for services are stated at shop.olympusresumes.com, and may change without notice. 100% of the fees plus applicable state taxes are due upon receipt of this executed agreement. Careerient, LLC and its DBA Inscribe / Express accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Any services requested that are outside the scope of this agreement are not included in this fee and are to be separately negotiated.
Your transaction with your credit card company will reflect a purchase from Inscribe / Express, a DBA licensed and registered in the State of Utah and wholly owned by Careerient, LLC.
TIME FRAME FOR DOCUMENT DELIVERY
Standard turnaround time for first drafts of a resume and cover letter pair is 3 business days after Careerient, LLC, receives the Resume Information Worksheet completed to its satisfaction, which is determined by Careerient, LLC at its sole discretion. Additional dependent documents will have their own schedule and be established between Careerient, LLC and the Client.
GENERAL REFUND POLICY
This agreement may be canceled at anytime upon receipt of written notice by Careerient, LLC. If applicable to the plan you purchased, all consulting time, research, planning, administrative and writing hours spent prior to cancellation will be billed at $45.00 per hour. All time spent is billed in increments of 15-minutes. Fees accrued at the time of your notice that are in excess of the total contract amount will be waived. Likewise, any money owed to the client will be refunded in the form a refund check from Careerient, LLC. Any refund will be paid to the client within 30 days of the receipt of the cancellation notice.
NOTICE TO CLIENT
NO PROMISE OR GUARANTEE OF ANY EMPLOYMENT IS EXPRESSLY MADE OR IMPLIED UNDER THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT. Careerient, LLC, is licensed and operates under the laws of Utah.
LIABILITY
Careerient, LLC’s liability is limited to the fees paid for service(s) rendered.
Unenforceability. If any provision or provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Confidentiality. The Client agrees not to disclose to any third party the terms of this Agreement and any other information provided by Careerient, LLC or designated as confidential (“Confidential Information”) and also agrees not to use any Confidential Information of Careerient, LLC, or any other information, whether it is marked confidential or not, unless expressly permitted under this Agreement or except with the prior written consent of Careerient, LLC. The Client agrees to exercise the highest degree of care in safeguarding any Inscribe /Express proprietary information or Confidential Information against loss or other inadvertent disclosure.
Assignment of Warranty; Disclaimer. CAREERIENT, LLC, MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY REGARDING ITS SERVICE AND THE SERVICE IS FURNISHED TO CLIENT “AS IS.” CAREERIENT, LLC, SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE SERVICES COVERED BY THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING IN PARTICULAR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ANY WARRANTY OF NONINFRINGEMENT OF A THIRD PARTY’S INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICE.
Limitation of Liabilities. IN NO EVENT WILL CAREERIENT, LLC, BE LIABLE TO CLIENT OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY FOR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR UNFORESEEABLE, ARISING OUT OF OR OTHERWISE RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF CAREERIENT, LLC, HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OR LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF CAREERIENT, LLC, TO CLIENT FOR ANY CLAIM WHATSOEVER RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THE SERVICES OR ANY ORDER OR THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY CAUSE OF ACTION SOUNDING IN CONTRACT, TORT OR STRICT LIABILITY, EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE RECEIVED BY CAREERIENT, LLC.
Survival of Provisions. The provisions of Sections (Terms and Fees) hereof shall survive termination of this Agreement for whatever cause, including, but not limited to the mutual agreement to terminate this Agreement by both parties hereto.
By completing the purchase of services and products provided by Careerient, LLC, you acknowledge to have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to the terms outlined above. You additionally hereby acknowledge receipt of this document. By your purchase, you are signifying that this electronic contract is valid and is agreed to by you personally. You have read all terms and conditions of this agreement and your purchase indicates your approval.
